Who Am I?
First, let me say, I am not a doctor just giving medical advice. I am a real person who struggled with Type 2 diabetes and being overweight for most of my life. After twenty years of different doctors, medications, struggling with my weight and overall disliking myself, I decided to make a change.
I embarked on a weight loss journey that lead me to a clean keto lifestyle. Now, three years later, 40 pounds lighter and diabetes free, I am here to teach, encourage and support you on your health, wellness, and weight loss journey.
Over the past 20 years, I’ve tried plant based, vegan, vegetarian, pescatarian and keto/low carb lifestyles. Of them all, keto has had the best benefits and lasting results. Some of the benefits are:
